Farmer Focus is raising the standard of raising chickens. Started a few years ago by Corwin Heatwole, Farmer Focus is not only changing growing standards but also giving farmers more control over how and why they farm. In this week’s interview, Corwin and I will chat about growing up a 6th generation farmer, what “humanely raised” really means, and the process of getting a USDA grant to open a larger processing facility.
