192: Dry-Aged Beef Right to Your Door

In this week’s episode, I’m chatting with Hannah Klitz from Oak Barn Beef. Hannah started Oak Barn Beef to start sharing her family’s Premium, Nebraska Beef with people across the United States. Hannah and I will chat about how the business started off with meat subscription boxes and the challenges of scheduling processes to stay up to date with orders. We’ll also cover why entrepreneurship is not a linear path and the importance of how small-scale beef businesses like Oak Barn Beef are competing against the grocery store.
